Whether you’re visiting for Oktoberfest, Maifest, the famous Christmas Lighting Festival, or a relaxing mountain escape, you’ll love being close to everything Leavenworth has to offer. The Adventure Park Alpine Coaster is just minutes away, and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate easy access to the Enchantments, Icicle Gorge, Waterfront Park, Blackbird Island, river recreation, mountain biking, horseback riding, rafting, skiing, snowshoeing, and countless hiking trails.

Guests consistently rave about how exceptionally clean this home is. We take great pride in maintaining a spotless, comfortable space so you can relax from the moment you arrive. We also keep checkout simple with minimal checkout instructions, allowing you to spend less time doing chores and more time enjoying your vacation.

This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with two queen bedrooms upstairs and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Both bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses, wall A/C units, and one bedroom includes a TV. The upstairs full bathroom and downstairs half bath make it easy for families and groups to spread out.

The main floor features a comfortable living room with an electric fireplace, Smart TV, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, laundry area, and half bath. The kitchen is equipped with quality cookware, dishes, utensils, spices, coffee, tea, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Dishwasher detergent and laundry supplies are provided for your convenience.

Families traveling with children will appreciate the kid-friendly amenities, including children’s dishes and utensils, a booster seat, Pack ‘n Play, baby gate, board games, and toys.

Stay connected with high-speed Fiber Wi-Fi and Smart TVs where you can easily log into your favorite streaming services.

Outside, you’ll find a grassy front yard perfect for tossing a ball, playing with the kids, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. The *shared* outdoor patio area includes a hot tub, gas BBQ, picnic table, and lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, sightseeing, or exploring downtown. Beach towels and plastic drinkware are provided for hot tub use.

From spring through late fall, guests can enjoy complimentary use of four cruiser bicycles and helmets, making it easy to explore town like a local. A simple liability waiver is required before receiving the bike lock code.
